Help How do you increase your club's stars?

So i just got promoted to English Lg2 as Welling United(Or i just called them Wellington FC cuz it sound funnier) and when i check my club stars it's still 1 star while majority of the club in Lg2 is 1.5 and 2 stars. Is there anyway to increase it cuz i also just won the fa trophy and it still doesnt increase my club's star. Any help would be appreciated

Keep updating ur club's facilities like 

Youth training and stadium 🏟  

[Scratch]

Keep winning stuff, it will rise eventually. FA trophy doesn't count for much, but it all adds up.
