Why to buy him?

Gros is a very, very talented player. He has brilliant shots and is very good at assisting. In the first season he would get approximately 20 assists and about 17 goals depending on his happiness and if he gets injured (but I strongly doubt that)

Who to buy him for?

I would say buy him for any Scottish team, lower Premier League teams (Wigan, Wolves etc...) and any teams about the same as that.
