Upgrade and Downgrade by BPL Team

Hello everyone, so basically ive been using the IGE to edit two players from each team, one will be upgraded and one downgraded, these are predictions for FMM16, these focus on mainly this years performances but also take into account last season, so lets jump into it

 

Arsenal Upgrade: Hector Bellerin

Bellerin has stepped into the role of Arsenals starting RB and he has shown why Arsene Wegner has put so much trust in him, with great passing stats and unbelievable pace, the youngster looks to be the next big thing for Arsenal.

Arsenal Downgrade: Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain

"The Ox" has been considered one of the brightest young English stars around for a few years now, but I think its time we drop that title, he has yet to perform good enough to deserve any such title, maybe iI'm wrong but until he can finish a season without getting injured and actually producing, I don't think he deserves all the fame.

Aston Villa Upgrade: Rudy Gestede

The transfer of Gestede from Blackburn is already looking to be a solid one for Villa, while its hard to pick a player to upgrade from such a struggling team, my mind says Gestede deserves it more than anybody.

Aston Villa Downgrade:Scott Sinclair

One of the hardest decisions of the day was deciding who has been Villas worst player, many names come to mind but i'm going with Scott Sinclair, the young English winger has not been able to do what has been expected of him in his limited chances this season (Edit: This picture may be the wrong screenshot as I do not recall downgrading him this much)

Bournemouth Upgrade: Simon Francis

Francis has been putting in some quality performances this season and is a large part of why Bournemouth has been performing like they have

Bournemouth Downgrade: Artur Boruc

Personally I have been surprised to see how Boruc has been performing so far this season, an average of 0.1 Ariel challenges won per game, 17 goals against, and only one clean sheet. Now it’s fair to say Boruc doesn’t have a world class team in front of him but these performances are definitely deserving of a downgrade.

Chelsea Upgrade: Nemanja Matic

Given how high Chelseas players are already rated on FMH and their poor this season it was hard to find a player to upgrade, but Matic is once again proving that he is a force to be reckoned with, hitting almost a 90% in pass completion, 3.5 tackles per game and 2 interceptions mean that a small upgrade could be seen.

Chelsea Downgrade: Jose Mourinho/Falcao

Falcao has seen the bench a lot under Jose Mourinho and the stats can show you why, with just one goal, awful passing stats and 0.2 dribbles per game, if you include this and his form with Man United last season than its no question that Falcao might see a downgrade, I included Jose Mourinho as well, not that Chelseas poor form is all his fault but he needs to take some responsibility.

New Additions

Crystal Palace Upgrade: Yohan Cabaye

Cabayes move from French giants PSG was a shocker to some, and thus far it looks like PSg might be uestioning their decision, he’s pulling his weight defensively ompleting 3.5 tackles er game and 3.7 interceptions. Offensively he has 4 league goals and just over 2 shots per game, if the 28 year old keeps up this form then he looks to be one of the signings of the season for the premier league this year.

Crystal Palace Downgrade: Martin Kelly

Kelly had an alright year last year, which is what might prevent this downgrade from happening, but he has not been performing as well thus far this season, so he would be my choice for a downgrade.

Everton Upgrade: Ross Barkley

Barkley is one of England;s brightest young stars and he has been showing it so far this season for Everton, with 3 league goals, 3 assists, 2.6 dribbles per game and a pass completion rate of 87%, the Everton star is sure to see an upgrade.

Everton Downgrade: Gareth Barry

This was a tough one for me to pick, as I don’t believe any Everton player shave specifically been under performing, but Gareth Barry’s lack of production puts him just on the edge of the downgrade box.

Leicester Upgrade: Jamie Vardy and Riyad Mahrez

It is almost impossible to choose just one of them, both have been absolutely incredible this year in an impressive Leivester campaign. Vardy with 11 goals already in a record tying year, and Mahrez providing assists on many of those goals with his talley adding up to 7 goals and 5 assists, Mahrex being the more complete player and Vardy the finisher, Leicester have found quite the duo in these two.

Leicester Downgrade: Shinji Okazaki

If any player gets downgraded from Leicester it should be Sinji Okazaki, the Japanese striker has been found after Vardy in the pecking order and he hasn’t even come close to achieving what Vardy has in his limited opportunities.

Liverpool Upgrade: Lucas Leiva

On paper Leiva doesn’t look to be having the greatest of seasons but his defensive stats are what you need to look at, averaging almost 6 tackles a game, with 2 interceptions and an 86% pass completion rate, Leiva has been the light at the end of the tunnel for Liverpool and their slow start to the season.

Liverpool Downgrade: Emre Can

The young Liverpool defender was expected to break out of his shell this season and become another one of Germanys blossoming talents, but in fact the opposite has happened, despite many chances to prove his quality, he just hasn’t shown enough of what it takes and the few times where he have just haven’t been consistent enough.

Slightly harsh on Sinclair IMO, he does have 6 goals in 10 matches. Granted three were a hattrick in the cup but 3 in 9 is pretty solid for a winger at an average club. Gestede for example has 3 in 10, however I do believe he will be upgraded as he was solid last year and warrants the "moved to PL boost". 

Guzan was the player to come to my mind while Agbonlahor used to be a lot better than he should be in game,  I haven't used him for a while though. 

Anyway looking forward to more

I agree I was too harsh on Sinclair, anyways to more teams added :)

I'd make your post saying you've added more to the OP clearer, I missed that on original viewing. 

As for this update nice work, I was surprised by Matic though as he's been poor this year. William has been one their only performers this year and normally ends up sold in game so he could do with a decent upgrade.

On paper Matic is having a fiarly impressive season, Willian is doing better but I feel he is already good enough to be fair
