Help How to deal with a non-performing star

I have a star called "chritian Ebah" in my team. But he just dont score any goal. He is a forward and currently priced at 27 million but avg. rating is 6.27 . He hasn't scored since last 8 matches.

To tell you more... I have been working with a second division team called "Swindon" and now I am in Premier division. I have not won a single match in my last 8.

Currently at the bottom of the table. I got good players in my team but I really dont know why they are not performing.

I would say your team is not fully prepared for promotion to premier league.
