Welcome to Update 4 of my attempt at the Tour De France challenge! Let's dive straight in!

As I said in the last update, I conducted a completed a small overhaul of players to push this season, and I think I got some pretty decent deals! I signed another lad in January called Allison, not here tho so I'll post a Screenie of his stats!

Overall Owusu...

So, the main event, how did our Rider do in stage 2 in France?

Well...

1 OFF AGAIN!! This was only because of a stupid 10 day injury in the last 2 games of the season, he made the last game and got an assist, he also had a 3 week injury! One thing I am worrying about is the goal scoring part of this challenge, but we'll find a way!

Im sure I'll hit 25 within a game or two next season, and should be in Paris in 2-3 seasons! Thanks for reading and any feedback or comments are appreciated! Also, sorry for the short update, just wanted people to know the challenge was still going and get something up quickly!

Stage 2 Completed!

Hi guys

Unfortunately, I have decided I have failed this challenge. This is for several reasons:

1. (Age) Owusu is 25 in game, and with signing him in the summer not an option with a small budget and poor league position, he will be 27 next window

2. (Position/Role) Owusu is a left winger, and with him upfront the max I could get out of him is 35/40 goals. Even with this, as he is 27 40 goals a season until the age of 32 will equal around 150 - 180 goals, which is still a while off

3(Personal) With the emergence of my Journey save, I haven't had much time to play this, because of that and the fact it has become slightly stale for me. Not the Challenges fault, purely mine.

So with them few reasons, I leave this challenge, but I will complete it one day!

Thanks a lot mate, juggling 2 saves was not to bad, it's just that I wasn't fully committed to this one unfortunately. However, when I post the next update on my other one, I could go Challenge hunting...

Disappointed you're leaving this challenge tbh.

He's 25.. I know time's running out but there's potentially a decade left. I think you could easily score a lot more than 35/40gls a season.. Won't know unless you try. And say you get to PSG and manage 100 or 200 gls that would still be a great achievement. Personally, I don't like someone giving up "too easily" when we give them our time reading and commenting. I'd rather see you or anyone die trying than quit halfway, just my honest thoughts, mate.

But I do understand that playing multiple careers you lost interest in this one. Hope your current ones go better.

You make a good point and I agree that I should have probably carried on, I apologise for this, but I do hope to play this again. Thanks for letting me know how you feel mate.

Shame to this come to an end, it's why my golden rule is one career at a time. Having that second career idea is great motivation to get the first one finished off and having two is just a distraction most of the time. (I know I have two currently but technically only one and a half haha).

Yeah, I thought I could handle it but apparently not. It started well, but as I do well on the one, I lose interest in the other. A shame really. When my Journey save is finished, I will attempt another player career, with 2 main ones in mind. One of them is yours
