Why a tactic stops marching after several seasons when we always face the same tactics?

It's more than likely the players in your scheme need to be updated, and similar physical types players work in similar roles

But with the same players a tactic only work 2 or 3 seasons

I assume there's a hidden attribute called Tactic Familiarity (It's a thing on PC FM).

The more you applied single same untweaked tactic over hundreds course of games, the AI will adapt and ploy a counter to break your tactic.

Do you keep it 100% idential re formation - player roles - match settings?

I'm having pretty good and consistent results but I do tweak player roles once in a while and match settings for every home/away game.

Could be because other teams have gotten better by buying better players and you're still using the players u used in the first season

You have to take the player development in account. AI players are perhaps getting better and the AI are buying new players with other stats. The best thing to do is buy 2/3 solid new players every season to keep your team and tactics fresh. Most real-life teams also do this, and that's for a reason.
