What should i do if the player is unsettled? Anyone help me pls!

Absolutely loving the completely contradictory positive and negatives in that screenshot. Good old FMM.

But yes offering new contacts usually resolves all unhappiness problems.

But in FMM 2020 the player doesnt want to sign a new contract? What should i do ?

Sell him, or wait, try and improve his mood...

You could interact/talk with him and press any of the green buttons I guess? However, whiny players usually get shipped pretty fast in my saves 🤫
