Career Brechin City F.C. - My Philosophy

CHOOSING THE SQUAD

I have managed Brechin City F.C.previously because I have family connections with this City. The club was founded in 1906 but has taken a stumble from the Championship to League two. I would love my philosophy to revitalise their fortunes.

STADIUM & FACILITIES

On my first day, I have asked the board to improve the Stadium & Facilities. The board did improve the Youth Facilities from Poor to Basic. The Stadium remains seating over 4,000 supporters.

STAFF,FINANCES & TRAINING

Training was delegated to Assistant Manager Gerry McCabe. The Finances are OK but we have gone over the wage budget due to transfers in. The Staff room is now full with additional scouts & Pyshio's bought in.

SQUAD

The squad underwent a complete overhaul to improve it. Most original players were sold as they did not fit in with our players.Many players were bought in, under this new attribute search, matching it up with the tactics were using:

TACTICS

I used my Attacking Tiki Taka Tactic for this save. The Attributes above were chosen to match directly with the Attacking, Defensive aspects. The tactic worked really well - Consistent with really strong attack & defence.

THE RESULTS

The result of my 1st season with Brechin City F.C. was promotion to the Scottish League one!🥳 The Season was actually really successful & on another year, we would have been champions. Queens Park have a fantastic set up & given the right management, would always be champions. Our club finished in the top 3x rankings for Attacking, Defending & Clean Sheets! Fantastic Season.
