Well having played alot of FM 23, I've decided to take the plunge with TNS. Sadly I don't know much about this football club, other then I think their the best in Wales, and that there professional. Won countless titles, and been progressing over the years. Sadly I don't much about the Welsh league, so really looking forward to keeping the team the best in the league.

The tactic I've set out works wonders. Wing backs push up to Winger level, while have a TM and a poacher for goals, also 2 SS supporting behind the 2 St's. I will update as much as possible as got 2 days off which is brilliant.

I've gone for a gold badge, with reputation as novice manager, basically unheard of.

So gone well over budget, thing is, team was relatively poor (no offence to anyone) the lads I've got in, are to league one standard. So should put us in good stead.

So still basically in the red, but moving forwards. Squad at this time is absolutely awesome, I think we will comfortably win the league with this sort of class. Training all 1st team players on Stamina, as its pretty shocking. Tactic is working a treat, extremely unlucky to get knocked out of the champions league, at one point it was 3-3 return leg. But managed to qualify for the group stages of the euro lesgue. A fine win over rapid wien, which in truth, I thought we would get stuffed!

Managed to get these gems on free transfers, so really boosts our 1st team.

Not to bothered about finances as alot have quite high release clauses, so at some point the club will balance. Awesome results so far

I love playing in the Welsh Premier. You can become absolutely OP in the league when you qualify for Champions League and your reputation skyrockets, by bringing in world class players and boosting facilities.

Just curious about your foreign players you have. Are they dual nationality (UK national)? If not are you playing with Work Permits off? If you aren't how are you signing them? I am finding this year's game an absolute nightmare signing non-UK nationals when playing in Welsh leagues.

Yeah I thought that mate, I'm quite the veteran at this game now, so you know who to buy and when to buy. The trick is to get them powerful and then get profit from them. Facilties are absolutely awful as are the coaches. So at some point, when have the cash, to invest in the youth and staff. No I've got it off, tried to sign a French guy and a Belgium guy, but they both got rejected due to the work permit. But got around 26 players in now, so very balanced squad. Very very young so got time to get there Stamina up. As after about 70 mins there knackered 😄. Really shocked at well were handling Europe, top after 3 games, so my tactic is ovs working, for now 😆

Smashing the league and Welsh Cup, was expected though with the new intakes. Willock on fire from midfield! 9 goals, absolutely amazing this lad, never thought he would have it in him. McManus is pure quality for this league though. Europa, still going strong. So impressive on the Europe scale. I play my 2nd string for all cup games, trying to rest the 1st for the league. Had 1 youth player come through, funny even though In The Welsh league, he's England?!

So we're still plowing through the league, vertically won the league now, with only 10 games to go. Won one of the Welsh cups, losing 3 players due to not having the budget, but will soon replace once players have been released.

Progressed safely through to the QFs of the conference league. Fingers crossed we even get to the SFs. That would be epic in my 1st season

Just 1 game left, absolute amazing season, couldn't of wished for better. Won everything in Wales, and got ourselves to the europa conference league final! I mean come on will get beat but to get the team there is one achievement, especially in my 1st season.

Here was how we did it over 2 legs! So impressed 👏

Into my 2nd season now, debt cleared, what they give me I've put Straight into wages

Brought 2 very experienced lads into the fray, with losing 3 good players. Joe Allen will boss this league

Have you been playing 2 Sweeper CBs + Sweeper Keeper the entire time? That's an odd combination I must say I've never tried, then again, why wouldn't it work? Not sure they'd either:

occupy same space and run in each other's way ..
similarly, make 1 CB or SK redundant ..
or sweep really really well ..

Yeah all the time buddy, really works well for me as you can see from the results. I'm trying to get all the teams Stamina up, slowly getting better. Also help with the DMC, and the wingbacks, so effectively it's more of a 5 way system.

Cheers buddy, was one of my best runs I've ever had on a FM mobile since it 1st came out. Normally never manage this low down in the league. So wanted to challenge myself, and people think the game is easy. It's only easy if you know what your doing. Great game, just making the right decisions at the right time. Giving your squad time off little games, tweaking tactics. You know yourself matey

So started 2nd season just like we finished the last season. Great results, yet again. 👏 the key to my success is rotation. Rotate your squad at the right times and you have a chance. I haven't paid 1 single penny to a club yet. Every single player has been on a free transfer

Great little update for my 2nd season. Lads doing really well, with alot of games coming in thick and fast. Finances are pretty ok now, not much talent on the free market, but squad very good at this time. My strikers doing really well
