Hi mates, my friend made a scout APP (One for Android and one for PC). You can find it here. Sorry, the post is in Chinese. 

He made an English version for scout APP these days. the latest link see below pic.

可能的原因：

Which link? The net disk link works. Please check the url again.

If not, Maybe it is blocked by some reasons.

Hi, can you post the link for the english version. The link you posted is either blocked in Europe or has been deleted.

yeah same here I don't think the save is opening properly because even I can't access any player data according to the filters

1. Winner database is different with Summer one. So, this version of app is only for saves of 14.2.0.

2. The name of gamer manager is very important. Which can not be too simple and repeat ones.

Oh okay, do you have one for the summer version saves?

It also seems like you can change the CA/PA values on the app.

I've found this version works but its in Chinese

I made this from saves of 14.2.0.

I don't know whether database is updated or not from 14.2.0 to 14.2.1. Change note of SI did not mention.

The app is blocking on my phone.. on pc versione also block

I downloaded and installed the app but it doesnt open. It says it is made for an older android Version 

PC Version in Chinese works fine. thanks so much rseven and Maniakdot9107, but it doesn't work on the summer updated version. 

If you can update it for the latest summer version that would be PERFECT! Please consider making it, doesn't matter if it's in Chinese (it's totally readable).
