What if bidder A bids 50 million on a goalkeeper then bidder B bids 50 million too, as it is the limit both bidders can't bid any higher which bidder gets the goalkeeper?

In all honesty I think thee limit takes a bit of the fun away as if the bidding was creeping up to the limit and its 10m away then you can just go boom and get him like I just did
