Tactics 4-2-3-1 very effective.

Hi there guys this is a tactic I found on fm vibe for 19. And havnt seen it posted on here for fmm20 so I thought I would bring it back to life. 

And guys I am pleased to say it still works like a peach. I am in the premier league using liverpool. Player stats ect everyone knows man city are the dominant team so I wanted a slight challenge. And so far its holding it's own. I am early stages and recruited 2 players. Its CRUCIAL to have the correct players assigned to the designated positions. I.e Van dijk is the BPD as he has the stats for it. Lb rb WBs usually if u have less rated defends with lower stats I would try keeping on full back. As without the stats you will find yourself open to counter attacks quite alot. But let me bring you to my first Investment (Milan Skriniar) he is an absolute tank. And the second investment I made was Timo Werner for back up when firmino is tired or I play them both if i really want to score a goal. And without further ado.

I've been testing a similar tactic but the AP is in centre midfield (to make a line of 3 midfielders). I also used Werner as back up to Firmino 😁

Similar to me. I have AP in CM instead of AM position and it’s much better i find. I’ve also pushed my IF up in line with striker and in the 23 matches since introducing it I’ve won 21 and lost 2 (1 loss was playing reserve team and the other was against a struggling Everton!).

Just switched to this with Duisburg in the German third division and it's turning the season around so far.

Like the look of the set up , also like the idea of a flat 3 in midfield. Hoping to find a tactic that can surpass 300+ passes a game, like everyone hoping @DutchTony posts his tactics soon 👍

That's savage man great season , looks solid at the back I'd wanna score more goals tho but that's just me lol

Savage I can do lol I'm into second season 24 games in and so far.... 

Once season is done I'll screenshot all transfer history. Had to sell mane! Real Madrid offered me a world record fee!

This will be the last post for this save I'm going to jump ship to millwall and do a new tactic. But 100% win rate through entire season. Had a few close calls but here are the screenshots. Occasionally Salah would go to poacher and shaqiri would go inside forward. Werner couldn't get in the team this season. Thank you everyone who commented be on the look out for some more tactics I hope to bring some over the next week or so. I aim to bring the 3-4-1-2 back to life again! Have fun guys let me know what you all think.

Went on an awful run, dropping me out of promotion contention so had to scrap it before I was too far adrift.

Sorry to here that man. Give it a try when you have better players your very limited in div3 to what you can have. If I am being honest I didn't really think it would work cause inside forwards box to box. AP and BPD require particular stats. Maybe try something simple until you get those right players and it will work for you man.

Exactly the same tactic. When I am in game if I feel I am dominating the game I change from attacking to overload. If I feel pressured I go counter. It works the rest out for you. Just play with it a little dont expect results straight away. Especially if you go a lower team got to recruit wisely.

Across all competitions carabao, EPL , community shield, champions league , ect alot of games all the trophies I won Salah played in all of them. Was rarely injured when he was was unavailable for 3 days 5 days ect.

Villa will be quite interesting to see. AP grealish will fit nicely and John mcgin is a work horse so hed be amazing box to box I might have to do a villa save myself now u said that only issues is LB RB ST and inside forwards.

I mean how do you adjust the fitness level?  I don't play any players three games in a row, except for the center defender and gk.

It's all about your facility's staff ect. The better they are the longer you can play them. Even when Salah was tired he still wanted to play I risked it cause he could of been injured luckily he didn't.

I'll save you the hassle DONT try these tactics with villa nobody wants to buy your players the loan players available are not good enough. And your stuck with garbage pretty much. I played 5 lost 5 conceded 15 goals. Dont waste your time. Clearly my tactics work for above average teams not newly promoted.
