Challenges International Challenge- Bermuda FC- Win a Trophy

Good Evening All,

The other day I was looking into International Management as a further challenge on Football Manager Mobile 2020. Bermuda were the weakest international team, with a world ranking of 180th. So i have been on a mission to see if I could get Bermuda a trophy. 

The alarm bells rang immediately with this challenge to me because there were no guides on this on this website. So Far, I have tried and failed with 7x different tactical systems to get a trophy for Bermuda. Which lead me to think, Could it be done? Is anyone capable of winning an international competition with Bermuda?

I guess the rules of this challenge are two-fold:

1. MUST be EME
2. MUST win a trophy with Bermuda 
3. No use of Editor etc.

Below are my results and the Tactical systems I have used thus far: 

1) International Tactic

2) Leicester City League Title Winning System

3)Man Utd 99' Treble Winning System

4) Pep Guardiola's 2011 Tiki Taka System

5)Man Utd 08' Double winning System

6) Spain 10' World Cup Winning System

7) Klopp's GegenPressing System

I can not wait to see this Pete. I loved managing Bermuda and tried very hard to win something with no success.

My feeling now is that a Major Achievement for Bermuda would be reaching a World Cup at all or seeing how high I could get them up the rankings.

I would therefore say that in some ways I was successful in part. With my above Man Utd 99' tactic, I got Bermuda to 64th in the World rankings which is remarkable really!

But even more successful is reaching the World Cup finals twice with this same tactic!!! 

So..in a way, I was successful with Bermuda FC in a way However, I did not win any trophies.

Please, please update us once you have tried this challenge! 😁

Hi, I managed Bermuda in this challenge. I never won anything but we did qualify for a few world cups  

I don’t think I got in the top 100 in the world so 64 is great going

Lovely challenge. I’ve managed Bermuda in every Football Manager save since Nahki Wells is my all time favorite from Bradford City. In none of my save attempts have I reached the World Cup, however I did reach a Gold Cup final once, losing it against my home-country Mexico. I might give it ago again this year

 I love that you are both trying this challenge and have to admit slightly relieved that you have both had issues with it. The blogs on here make the challenges appear easier than I am sure they are.

I must admit that reaching a few world cups and hitting the 64th World Ranking mark did 'Feel' like I had won something, very uphill struggle but satisfying.

Great Country to manage though and what a dream location, If you wanted to manage a football team in paradise, Bermuda gives you the chance. 😉👍

Any promotions in the new nations league? 
 

Guessing the tactics don’t work cause everyone of the teams setup for have way more talented players at every spot and Bermuda would need big changes to roles etc ?? 
 

did u search forums for Bermuda think there might have been a successful run someone had in last 2-3 years on here . I remember something about how the regens in future for Bermuda were good enough they were on Barca ..😧

No Gold Cups won.

Tried 7x different tactics with no success.

Searched lots of forums but no other successes found.

This is tough going, nahki Wells is just about to retire so this is gonna be a sad summer but hopefully get some decent regens as I’ve not much coming through and some of them have just disappeared off the game when new season starts. But won a nations league

I’ve got to the final and a semi final of the gold cup and qualified for a World Cup but lost both games and upto 96 in world rankings

my Nahki Wells regan is a beast aswell Jamaul Brangman has 45 caps 67 goals worth £25 mil starts for Napoli and won golden boot in 2 gold cups out of 2 what a geezer

I'll give this a try at some point as I managed Bermuda on FMM18. I never managed to qualify for a world cup but I did qualify for a couple Gold Cups but sadly never got out of my group.

You’ve tried this as a truly fine manager, with some of your absolutely fantastic tactics and haven’t managed it yet so I can’t help but think it must surely be impossible.

Why don't you try and find out if it is impossible then?
