  1. Gabby is already an established player. At 25 years of age, he doesn't have much scope to development. But he is a great all around striker, and can fit in virtually any system or attacking role. He starts at Aston Villa, and to take him from them is rather hard. If you're in a rich club like Man City, you would probably have to pay around £17M to get him - plus a superstar salary. But be sure that he will perform at the highest standard. These are his stats at the beginning of the game: That's how he looks like 4 years later, without any special training: Marked improvements in his stamina, strength, teamwork, heading, shooting and technique. Not bad. I've used him for one season only, in my Caretaker Challenge. These were his stats (no forced attempts to make him the top scorer). He finished as the league top scorer and won Premier League player of the year, ahead of all other superstars. I've played him mostly as an advanced forward, but many times I have used him as a left inside forward. He was class anyhow. I strongly recommend him for big clubs, in a game where you might be wanting to play around with tactics and roles. His all-around stats adapt very well to any of the main offensive roles, and this versatility is very useful when trying to fine tune a tactic. Overall, he is expensive, but a sure bet. He will always perform to a high standard.
  2. Name: Brown Ideye Age: 23 Country: Nigeria Value: 2-3 million He's a complete striker. Only bad thing about him stats is leadership
  3. George Sykes Starting Stats This young lad may not look the part, but after IT, good management and constant playtime he can turn into a monster that is called up to the Scottish national team. Stats After IT Other Info Look at that! 100+ goals as a rotating striker in a two striker formation! Tempts me to have another go at my failed 1K attempt.
  4. Starts at: LOSC Can be bought for: £6 million Age: 18 Position: AM/F RC Stats at the start of the game: Stats after 9 years of IT: Performance: Strengths: Young Not too expensive His wage demands aren't excessive Starts off looking pretty good and improves dramatically. Great goal-scorer who can also play as an AMC or on the wing. Rarely gets injured Weaknesses: His heading isn't great for a striker, but he still scores plenty in the air. I thought it was about time that I wrote up an iScout for Origi. For full details of his wonderfulness, have a look at the career in my signature. £6 million may seem steep for an 18 year old, but he'll fulfill all your goal-scoring needs for the next 10 to 15 years.
  5. JOEL CAMPBELL Price: At the beginning of the game, he's £8,000,000, but it dropped to £6,750,000 before we had played a match. He will also be loaned out Long-term Use: First-team Barcelona player in 2016 Short-term Use: For Arsenal = 0, but on loan for a Championship side with intensive training, he gets better and score many goals in one season PROS • Fast • Strong • Reasonable stamina • Can almost play as a winger too • Shooting is great in-match • Can play in Poacher, Target Man and apparently Advanced Forward with ease - he was successful in those positions next season • Unlikely to be carded CONS • He won't retrain in another position • He will never be your captain • Cannot be emergency-played as a defender, due to poor tackling • Crossing can be improved upon These are based on his stats after one year of no games but intensive training all the way through. He was fine with it too, no unhappiness. Beginning of the game: Six months of IT: Eleven months of IT (no games): OPINION: 7/10 Campbell won't necessarily be rocking it up with Fierro with the likes of Arsenal, but whoever he plays for, he will score goals. Relatively cheap too, and a good all-round striker.
  6. As some of you may know, I am using this guy for a 1kc and some of you also may know, that ha is an absolute BEAST. Name: Yûji Ono Nationality: Japanese Signed for: 3.3m Position(s): AM/SC Starting club: Standard His attributes at the start of the game: Decent. His attributes after IT: BEAST. It doesn't actually take that long for him to become that good, His positions: If you want to see how he's getting on, there is a link to my 1kc in my sig.
  7. Player Profile: Danny Welbeck Date of Birth: 26th November 1990. Place of Birth: Manchester, England. 8. The Player The Good Stuff 1. He's young 2. You should be able to pick him up for about £4.4 million, so not excessively expensive 3. Although his stats aren't amazing, he has a lot of 13s and 14s in the key striker stats, so plenty of scope for growth 4. He improves quickly under IT 5. An absolute monster from corners and crosses/free kicks 6. Seems to have a good, steady personality and can take a decent penalty 7. Rarely gets injured and can take IT without grumbling The Bad Stuff 1. His stats don't look that great to start off with In Summary I'm quite surprised Pedro hasn't been scouted yet, I'd imagine that most people who start a career at Athletico Madrid overlook him given the qality of the existing strikeforce and the presence of the more widely known Borja in the reserves. While his stats look like a solid foundation, they're not really going to catch your eye at a casual glance. Pedro takes to IT brilliantly and within a few months those high blues are all green and most of the oranges are blue. After a year or two Pedro is a defender flattening behemoth, dominating the area in set-piece situations. Stats after IT That's after three years, but he looks almost as good after one, just a touch lower on shooting, decisions and movement. Form I'm considering doing a write up of this career, so I won't give too much detail. Suffice to say he's outscored Falcao in two out of three seasons and probably would have in all three but for a couple of uncharacteristic injuries. *edit* I should add that he starts in the Athletico reserves in case anyone is misled by the picture at the top of this post.
