Out of curiosity, who was your one loss to in the Ligue?

 

wow third season was incredible

just want to know abt dat 1 loss?

 

it was to a small team at the early stages of the season. for some reason i always do badly in the first few games of the season maybe cause i constantly change my lineups.to give all my squad players some early games.

LeWAN hit a hat-trick as we won the curtain raiser with ease.

 

Euro Super Cup

      LeWAN’s grabbed a hat-trick for the second year running as we were crowned Europe’s champions again.                                             

 

Club World Championships

Munoz’s extra time goal was enough to give us yet another trophy in an otherwise dull game.

The league was won at a canter as we breached the 100 goal barrier once again.

We missed out Polish hitman but goals from Lucas Moura and Pastore were enough to lift the Coupe again.

Marseille were beaten soundly on the night as we retained the French Cup.

United got only watch as PSG lifted the trophy for a fourth consecutive year and coming out 2-1 winners after 90 minutes.

Another perfect season as we lifted 7 trophies in style. LeWAN had yet another fantastic season with 93 goals as he took his tally to 352 and although he was unable to replicate last season’s tally of over 100 goals, it was still a massive contribution from the man they call ‘The Body’.

Poor start to the season as we lost to biggest rivals OM in the curtain raiser. Unlucky about the disallowed goal though.

City were brushed aside with ‘The Body’ grabbing a hat-trick.

Even a goal from LeWAN could not save us as Sao Paulo came out tops in the Club World Championships final.

Some blips in the league but nothing major as we marched to our fifth successive league triumph.

Yet another easy win the the Coupe De La Ligue as we dominated Nancy from start to finish.

Lille pushed us all the way to the end but we were not to be denied as we won the shootout 5-3.

Another disappointing final loss, this time after conceding a goal just 2 minutes from the penalty shootout. We definitely would have done better with 11 men.

A disappointing season as compared to the last as we lost 3 finals. Especially gutted with the Champions League final as we lost the chance to win it for the fifth consecutive season and it also meant we missed out on 2 trophies to fight for next season. LeWAN managed to go one better than last season. I finally got him to renew his contract after 3 years of trying. The Pole would not settle for anything else than a Big Club Release Clause and a Manager Release Clause. But at least, for the first time in 5 years, he no longer felt that he needed to move to make a name for himself. After all, he was the WPOTY for a fourth season running. This meant that he could play to his full potential without being unhappy and I expect much more from him next season.

But I’ve managed to get in some exciting players for the seasons to come and much more will be expected from my Polish hitman.

LeWAN’s age is showing now that he is in his thirties as he had one of his most miserable tally since his transfer to PSG. His fitness has dropped drastically and he only managed to complete the 90 minutes for a handful of matches. Will this be the start of a fall from grace? Or will ‘The Body’ fight back and improve on this seasons tally?
