Career Rich Completes A Career!!

So I am back after a bit of a mad couple of weeks with life, literally haven’t had time to think with work, meetings with farmers from 7am until 7pm, bet you don’t envy that! But my busy period is over until next December now 😂

Anyway let’s get on to the career I’ve decided I wanted to try and hopefully catch up with everything on here… 

This will be a 500/500 as I didn’t complete mine last year, surprising I know! It didn’t take me long to decide who to go as I always like a game with this team to start the year to get used to things. I did start the lower league one, but I went through two phones in 3 weeks and lost it all 🙈

The Club

An easy game to start with and hopefully an enjoyable one. This is a statement but I have never not completed a career with Celtic, so here’s hoping….

The Player

 

Taken a bit of a risk here as I’ve never heard of him and didn’t scout anyone just went with who I thought looked like the type of player I like. He has good solid attributes already. So I can’t see him being too much of a pain in the ass.

Anyway I’m going to be starting this today, hopefully get a season done over the next day, it’s just nice to be able to do my own thing again. I will catch up with other careers today.

Good to see you back mate, was wondering where you'd gone off to. Been wondering about that for a couple of people actually. I guess last year people had loads of time to spare, but this year is more real life again.

Good luck with this. I think I speak for everyone around here when I say we really want you to finish a career. We don't quite believe you will, mind you, but we really want you to, as this is getting a little tiring now.  

I reckon you'll do pretty good with this. Don't know the lad, but looks decent and as you say... Scotland. 🙂

Yeah it seems like people are now busier again! But on a good note I’m back to WFH so I’ll have a lot more time again 😂

I don’t blame the doubters, I genuinely think it’s been 4/5 long term careers in a row I haven’t completed now, so this surely has to be be the one I complete 👀

Yeah Scotland is a fun league to manage, I haven’t been able to sell as many players as I wanted so my squad isn’t what I wanted, hopefully January I can improve more!

Scotland is fun cause it has less dominant teams and rangers and Celtic and motherwell dominate like beasts there but still cinch premiership is good to have affiliates from cause it gives you easiness to develop the young crops as Scottish leauge is like sister leauge of prem

Season 1

Hello and welcome to the first career I will complete for over 30 years. This is a 500/500 career where I’m taking this young Spanish lad to greatness in Scotland and who knows I could even move leagues?

So not the best transfer windows if I’m honest, I could not sell hardly anyone even when offering them out for half the money, so I had to settle for players i can’t see playing here for many seasons. But with it being Scotland I wasn’t too worried at all, it’s just Europe that would be tough to crack. Let’s see how we got on.

So firstly we went out to Monaco in the qualifiers for the Champions League, losing 4-0 away. We topped our europa league group which featured Napoli. We improved by the time quarter final came around and really played better than Monaco which is very encouraging. Hopefully next season we can get in to the champions league. Loads of goals scored as well which is nice.

So a decent first season from him, I need to get him scoring more, I think another season of testing, I went too attacking the first season, I need less players forward so he can get more of the chances. I’m happy with the start though and I managed to complete a whole season.

@Rich I guess him being a versatile player playing 3 positions as main positions and see his assists damn man he is too good
