A much better third season saw us get back on track, now in charge of Holland I hope we can kick on with some international goals for my chosen three.

Season 4 - De Nederlandse Masters - Ajax

Transfers In 

Just a couple in, Can is a great addition plus Samir on a free. He is another outstanding centre back. 
Højbjerg and Guillermo were brought in at the end of season.

Transfers Out

Few more squad players out and loan deals. Milik went as part of the Højbjerg deal.

Dutch Super Cup

We get the better of PSV in a five goal thriller, all three on the score sheet!

Dutch Cup

PSV get their revenge with a quarter final win over us.

Champions League

We slip to a semi final defeat against Benfica on away goals.

Eredivisie

We take another title with ease this campaign.

Season Awards

El Ghazi picks up his first Ballon D'Or with Zivkovic second.

Zivkovic retains the Dutch Young Player of the Year Award with El Ghazi second.

Zivkovic again grabs the Eredivisie Player of the Year Award with Castaignos second.

I retain the Eredivisie Manager of the Year Award.

Squad Stats

Another great season with over 115 goals from my front three, Can was outstanding in the midfield for me.

Triple Threat

Even better from Zivkovic with 47 plus 14 international goals too!

Castaignos was again solid with nearly 40 goals.

El Ghazi was down into the 30's but chipped in with some international goals.

As a side question, Ive always struggled with Zivkovic because of his stamina. How do you manage it? eg do you sub him early?

Well, we normally play around 55-60 games a season if we go all the way in the cups and as you can see Zivkovic only manages about 40 games so I have to manage him carefully. I never play him under 90% and if we have a cup/international games against weak opposition I will rest him the game before to ensure he stays 100% fit. He is on fitness training but his stamina never really goes past 12.

Transfers In 

Just Gaya in to compete for the left back spot and a covering CB.

Transfers Out

Not much here, a few loans deal and van der Hoorn wanted out.

Dutch Super Cup

My bogey side on this save, Vitesse take the cup on pens.

Dutch Cup

We take another cup against PEC Zwolle but I forgot to screenshot.

Champions League

We pick up a second Champions League with a handy extra time win against Juve.

Eredivisie

Another stroll to the title, hitting 100 goals too.

Season Awards

Zikovic picks up his another Ballon D'Or.

Zivkovic makes it three Dutch Young Player of the Year Awards.

Zivkovic again grabs the Eredivisie Player of the Year Award with El Ghazi second.

I retain the Eredivisie Manager of the Year Award.

Squad Stats

Dropping below 100 wasn't great but with the Euro's we should pick up some more goals.

Holland

An easy qualifying group for the Euros at the end of the season.

Euro 2020

We open with a bore draw with Russia, then slip to a defeat against Portugal and a last group win over the Czech Republic sees us scrape through as a third place team.

We then lose our second round tie against Germany on pens. A poor tournament indeed and I just manage to hold on to my job, phew!

Triple Threat

Another 40 plus season it just what we needed.

Castaignos down slightly down to 30 goals.

El Ghazi struggled with injury this season and down in the 20's.

He is lethal so that's why I need to manage him carefully. I do play Castaignos in a slightly different role to the other two so I am not expecting the same amount of goals, the other two should take the bulk of the chances.

Just the wonderkid Malcolm in, a free deal was too good to turn down.

Just loan deals for my youth players.

Dutch Super Cup

A tight game against FC Twente sees us just win on pens.

European Super Cup

Another tight cup final as a brace from Castaignos helps us beat PSG.

Club World Championship

We ease to another trophy with a comfortable win over LA.

Dutch Cup

My Vitesse voodoo strikes again as they dump us out in the semi final.

Champions League

Not sure how we lose this one to Roma on pens in the first round! 

Eredivisie

Just the one defeat as we take our sixth title.

Zikovic retains the Ballon D'Or awrd.

Another final but sadly we go down in extra time to Benfica.

Our seventh straight title, again with just one defeat.

Zivkovic again grabs the Eredivisie Player of the Year Award with Castaignos second.

I retain the Eredivisie Manager of the Year Award.

Squad Stats

Our lowest total yet of just 82 club goals. El Ghazi's long term injury was a big blow.

Holland

An easy 100% record in qualifying for the next World Cup.

World Cup 2022

We open with an easy win over Japan, a narrow win over Cameroon and then a tight win over Portugal.

A Zivkovic hat-trick sees us past Uruguay but then France destroy us in the Quarter Final.

Triple Threat

A poor season from Zivkovic, he didn't even reach 30 goals.

Castaignos was back up in the 30's.

El Ghazi was struck with the first major injury of this save. Just 21 goals from him.

8 titles in a row now as we stroll to the title.

Wow, what a wretched season goal wise a terrible 75 club goals. Gaya was a shining light at left back.

Castaignos also failed to hit 30.

El Ghazi matched his poor season last year with just 21 goals.

Back after a little break and we are now 10 seasons in and over 1,000 goals scored.

Season 10 - De Nederlandse Masters - Ajax

Transfers In 

With both my back up youth team strikers sold for a healthy profit I needed to some more strikers so in comes Vietto and Iheanacho.

Transfers Out

Romero wanted out and my youth strikers too wanted to go so I boosted the bank balance this season.

Dutch Super Cup

Zivkovic takes PSV to the cleaners in the season opener.

Dutch Cup

We fail to take our chances and pay the penalty in the shoot out to AZ.

Euro Final

After a terrible Champions League Group stage we fall into the Euro Cup and go all the way but Inter just get the better of us in the final.

Eredivisie

Our 10th title was a breeze.

Castaignos was consitant again just under 30. He is now 32 so not sure how much more I can squeeze from him.

El Ghazi was back over 30 goals.

This is my slightly more attacking - 4-1-2-3

Attacking, Short Passing, Mixed Passing Focus, Short GK Distribution, Normal Tacking and Pressing and Offside Trap On.
