Rubbish!

I bet you get 170 next season.

Please don’t have those kind of expectations. It’s the FMM version of me once burying a free kick in the top corner at school once and then never repeating it again.

What a season @Rob. You are just a monster amongst men.

The others are just revving the engines and trying to play mind games with me, so I’ve no doubt someone will crush it!

Woody: Season 5.

It's been a difficult couple of seasons for our 3 Padres and Beltran so i decided to go back to the tactical blackboard to come up with a better solution.

It started with abit of a clearout.

I finally got my hands on Skov Olsen as he is a player i've wanted from the start but he never wanted to sign till now. 😆

The season began well with us winning the Champions Trophy. We won the league undefeated and picked up the rest along the way including a spectacular Champions Cup Final against Juve.

A decision was made to move Beltran up field from his CM role to leave him sitting behind the front three and he did have a better season although not spectacular.

A solid 11 goals and assists is still better than the previous seasons.

The tactical change certainly helped the 3 Padres.

Nino had the worst total but not shabby at all as he managed 22 for the season.

Ruiz has been our TM since day one and has been fantastic and this season he didnt let me down either as he notched a great 27 goals.

Zarzana on the other hand decided to take center stage. After a slow start he started to knock in a few hat-tricks and eventually settled for a 40 goal season.

A very pleasing total of 89 goals from the boys but that Spain job isnt coming anytime soon to help suppliment that total either. I'm starting to hate Luis Enrique!!

Nino: 117 goals.

Ruiz: 147 goals.

Zarzana: 116 goals.

Thanks for reading and i bid thee a good day.

Ian - Season 5

Our Dutch warriors hit a great combined 130 goals for both club and country last year so they’re well on track and hopefully we can post a somewhat similar return this season. Let’s see how it went.

Holland

Not much to update you all on this as it was mainly all about qualification for the European Championships which went well with this 6-1 win over Gibraltar being the highlight where Boadu stole the show. I’d hazard a guess that Gibraltar were also very chuffed at having scored a goal against the mighty Dutch.

Club Season

Transfers

I decided we already had enough young Dutch players to develop so instead brought in three new superstar central midfielders to add to our already star studded squad with a few moaners including Williams and Poulsen leaving. Money is no object really so we can more or less buy anyone but sometimes that can give you a headache as you often get spoilt for choice and can easily end up buying too many players that you end up not giving enough game time to. Anyway, I’m sure these three we’ve brought in will get more than enough time on the pitch to keep them happy, I hope so anyway.

Team Results

We had a great campaign winning everything and scoring a nice amount of goals. Our warriors combined well to help win us the European Super Cup but the other cup finals weren’t quite so high scoring as you can see below the spoiler.

Warriors

The highlight for our beautiful trio was this 8-0 victory in the French Cup where all three warriors managed to get on the scoresheet.

This was the best club return yet for our warriors with Josh hitting 50 goals, Boadu 40 and the Postman 28 to give us a total of 118 for the season. We managed to get them another 16 international goals to give us a total of 134 for the season so four goals better off than last year which was nice. Our assist warrior contributed 21 assists to his tally so he’s slowly picking away. They’re all starting to come of age now and I feel it’s just a matter of keeping the squad behind them in good shape and the warriors themselves happy so we can keep progressing.

Another huge number 👍

Thanks you Woody, those international goals really make a difference. We got less this year but still 16 so a good addition to the club goals.

Foxy Season 5

Last season the lads hit 127 goals and the hope would be to see an improvement again this season especially after seeing @Ian hit 134 and @Rob monster 160 in season 4.

Unfortunately that didn’t happen and this was a real disappointment of a season at least from my goal warriors.

Transfers

Just the usual routine of getting out the moaners for some more players who will soon enough moan themselves.

Except for losing in the Champions League Final it was a fairly successful season.

As mentioned it was a disappointment for the goalscoring warriors but it was much better for Mr Assists as he continues to improve his total year after year. Last season he hit 20 in 32 games and this season as he was injury free he hit an extra 7 assists in an extra 10 games.

He is still improving a little but he is about as good as he will get. Training him as a BBM seems to be boosting his physical attributes a little though so that’s a bonus.

Perhaps the main reason I saw a drop in goal numbers was the less ITN games that were played as last season with the WC they played 15 compared to just 7 this season.
BUT!

Except for Salcedo who scored more club goals this season than last both Pellegri and Esposito had a drop in club goals so less ITN games or not it was a poor season from then and we must do better.

Pellegri

One positive is that my guys score a very good % of our goals with only Mbappe getting in double figures as well and almost all of them were off the bench. I have decided I am going to try and keep Mbappe for the whole save till he retires if I can as it amuses me that he seems to be happy to waste his career on the bench playing 10-15mins of games to rest my warriors.

Totally agree on your transfer and moaners point. That seems to be a big thing this year.

Excellent season. It’s a weird world that you are disappointed with 119 goal. Your assists have picked up too. Well on target for the TT.

I do like you hogging Kylian too 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Agree on the moaners as its out of control now even those that are on squad rotation contracts 😠

A great season though foxman.

Nice season there with a good end total for the Italians.

I agree on the moaning and hopefully they’ll alter that for the next game as it’s highly annoying in long saves. The fact Mbappe is happy to play second fiddle makes it seem even more ridiculous.

I agree with the moaning, few games out the side for a few players and they’re on your case.
