I would like to make it clear that I will do the Barclays Premier League when it comes if I am up to it. I may possibly do domestic cups or continental cups too, depending on how many people get involved.

If others are interested in helping as Caitlyn seems to be, I'd let as many people in on it, rather than put dibs on BPL, continental and domestic cups. As ash said it's a huge huge commitment and if one person was taking charge of a whole league plus possibly cups as you mentioned it will all become messy if something changed your availability.
