Yeah it's a great feeling , I always try to keep the first leg tight then just go for it in the second, sometimes it works n others I get battered but it sure is fun

You would have a good starting 11 if you took Dele Alli out and replaced him Biton

 

It was a good season for Babacar but he needs a couple more 90 goal seasons to make sure of the 1k.

@Scott: Biton scores way too many lol, he lost his place in the first team early on. At this level Dele does a fantastic job though . Yeah this is looking like a pipe dream as it stands, hopefully some 90+ seasons are around the corner to give us some hope!

Good solid season. If i am being brutally honest I expected 85 goals this season.

 

Your 2 wide men are pinching a few off of him, is there any way to tone them down a little without limiting their creative influence?

@Bat: I'm not too worried yet as my normal plan is 80 x 12 seasons leaves 40, but he's not been hitting 80 consistently which is the worry. As you said though he's in the right league currently so hopefully he peaks soon and catches back up!

@Billy: The main reason I continued the save was due to the 90+ season, these last few years have been hugely frustrating to play to say the least. As for limiting the wide players, I'm not sure what I can really do tbh, both are in creative roles (Sisto APM, Ali winger). I think it's just a case of them being too good for the league so they destroy it lol.

Could you drop the wide players back or does that result in tons of crosses in the air?

I can't drop Sisto back unless I made him a winger as we don't have the MR APM option unfortunately, tbh I prob could have edited it to limit them and improve Babacar but in fairness I've enjoyed using the three so much I wouldn't want to hold them back. I think holding Sisto back would almost be a waste as he's doing a fantastic job and looks odds on to smash the assist challenge while Ali is just a player I really enjoy using, I guess that's because "I found him" and that's how I enjoy playing the game lol.

As far as I remember the three are doing around the same as the three I used on my Benfica save (Fierro, Talisca and Everton) so I think it's just the limitations of the current set up.

It's also not like Babacar isn't getting chances, he has the most out of everyone but as we've learnt to accept the engine does what it wants lol. I've also learnt not to rely on one goal scorer so it benefits the team to have the three on fire as the more successful I am the more chances I have to keep them and so on.

Yes 80 goals Ash! FMH logic is so strange sometimes.

On the RPG we conceded 3 goals once even though it said the opposition had no shots.
