Transfers In

Pogba's regen comes in plus some more back up players for my ageing squad.

Transfers Out

Can was sadly gone after a good career with us plus Kimpembe from my first season!

Trophée des Champions

Malcom on target as we lift the season opener.

Euro Super Cup

A Joelinton brace helps us past Bayern.

Club World Championship

Jesus with the only goal as we take our third trophy of season.

French Cup

A missed pen in extra time costs us as Nice beat us in the semi final.

Coupe de la Ligue

Another cup as we sneak past Lyon in the final.

Champions League

Our third final in a row against Barca, Joelinton ensures we retain our trophy.

Ligue 1

Just one defeat on the way to our 13th title in a row with 100 goal difference too.

Malcom grabs the Ballon D'Or award this season.

Malcom makes it a double winning the Ligue 1 Player of the Year Award with Joelinton second.

My young back up striker wins the Ligue 1 Young Player of the Year award.

Squad Stats

Oh Gabi, another 5 months out. Why always 5 months? 

This season the boys were right on target. Malcom was unstoppable with 40 goals and 21 assists followed by Joelinton with 36 and Jesus back on 27 after being ruled out for 5 months in March. So we have club total of 103, a good total plus more INT goals and the upcoming Confederations Cup that should help us more but sadly Jesus will be missing.

So we open our group with defeat to Spain but we really should have got something out of the game with so many chances, followed up with a spanking of Iran and 5 goals for my lads then another hammering of New Zealand to advance to the semi final, 6 more goals for the tally.

We leave it late as Joelinton sinks USA in the semi final to set up a final against Spain!

Yes, we gain revenge as we breeze past Spain despite a red card to complete the set of INT trophies with Brazil.

No big departures although Bernardo was a great servant to the club, solid CM.

Comfortable opener against Nantes.

Euro Super Cup

A single goal downs Inter in the Super Cup

Club World Championship

Easy defeat of Chivas with all goals coming from Malcom and Joelinton.

French Cup

Love another easy tie, 16 goals but unbelievably all my Brazil lads were on a INT duty!
Argh! 58 shots is the most I think I have ever seen! 

A Jesus double ensures we lift another French Cup.

Coupe de la Ligue

Two red cards help me as stroll to another trophy against Stade Malherbe Caen.

Champions League

We just fail to take another European crown as Real came out on top in a five goal thriller.

Our 14th title was never in doubt.

With the lads knocking on a bit I knew we might struggle but we did ok. Jesus top scored with 43 goals and Malcom behind on 26 with Joelinton struggling a bit back on 21 to give us a club total of 90. With the World Cup to come hopefully might should be able nudge this total to century of goals.

So we are now just left with 59 goals to knock over, one more season should do it, or will it?

Brazil - World Cup 2030

We qualifier ok for the World Cup in 2030 but we had some sloppy defeats.

We open the group with a draw against Portugal, easy win against the U.S.A and finally another comfortable win over Egypt.

A last minute Malcom winner sees us past Uruguay in the Second Round followed by a good win over Colombia in the Quarter Final. The semi sees us get past Mexico to see another World Cup Final, this time against Italy.

Sadly we couldn't retain our trophy, despite dominating the game and missing chances we go down in the shoot out.
A decent run though with plenty of goals that could prove vital.

So what a crazy season to end this challenge, luckily I took Joelinton tally before he retired and together with Malcom and Jesus have they hit the magic 1,500 goals?

Joelinton ends with 534 clubs goals along with 42 Brazil goals under me.

Malcom ended with 434 Club goals along with 44 Brazil goals. Also an incredible 342 assists.

Gabriel Jesus ended with 427 Club goals along with 36 Brazil goals.

So I just manage to scrap over the line!

Phew that was very close indeed and a crazy way to end the challenge, thanks for all your comments and I shall be back soon with an new career.

I know, it had me sweating to see if I had even made the 1,500 goals, I would have been devastated if I hadn't made it.

Keep going, I am sure you will get there in the end.
