Messi = 3 goals in 3 games with an average 8 rating. Adapted? Oh yeah!

Injuries = wow already I have 5 guys out injured (light green injuries) - inc. Muller, Henderson, Aguero, Bale, and #1 GK Szczesny. Thank god for the 2 week break for internationals - I really hope they recover in time. Others 'heal + morale' bonuses will be critical this season ... really wish we had that bonus *sigh*

Goals = 2nd in the league, but only beat 3 non-Vibe teams by 1-0 each time - so far have only scored 5 goals in 4 league games. That's terrible. Really am looking forward to Lukaku joining right now (he's top scorer in the league so far - 5 goals in 4 games). Plus bye bye Kane - thanks for your 3 goals so far!

Defense = best defense in the league so far - even with my #1 GK out for the last game AND even with Van Dijk getting a red card. So far zero goals conceded in the league.

If @geordiekrispy does not have the budget by Jan, the payment happens anyways and he goes below 0. He then has untill the end of the season to get back above 0. If he fails to do so, his lowest value player will be "sold" (released) to clear his debt 😉

Given that the player would be Jung and he's never played a game, and is worth $5m... That all works out.

But at the same time $55M is still worth the tradeoff

Also @Titjes is Pep actually playing a strikerless system? Seems weird that both Leao and En-Nesyri has played only 6 games between themselves so far..

Playing a save right now to check. None of the three most played forwards (Sane/Foden/Lemar) has any aptitude to playing in a pure 9 position. Neres is out of the picture too

 

So either the A.I is evolving or somehow Pep has retrained one of the three to play from the centre

 

Also Lemar as CF is abit wasted considering he has better stats being played as wide forward/winger. Sane is who i assume Pep is playing as a pseudo-False 9 considering he has the more rounded stats

 

My money is on Foden tho since his ability combines well for a DLF/F9 role in the system (very good passing/ball-carrying/mental stats/nice shooting-finishing)
