Spells & Potions

As usual, each Student can buy 1 spell/potion, and Student from the same House cannot buy the same spell/potion.

1. Accio / Summoning Charm
   • Cost : 35m
   • Effect : Pick 1 position (GK,DEF,MID,ATT), every Student that finish below your player in that position's leaderboard will pay you 10m each
2. Gillyweed
   • Cost : 20m
   • Effect : Allow your player to "breathe underwater". Select one of your player, if he's ranked in bottom 3 in his corresponding leaderboard, his score will be double (in case of GK, score will be halved). No effect if he isn't in bottom 3.
3. Expelliarmus / Disarming Charm
   • Cost : 30m
   • Effect : Steal 50% of a selected player's score. The selected player's score will be halved (doubled in case of GK), and the stolen score will be added to your player's score (minused in case of GK).
4. Protego / Shield Charm
   • Cost : 30m
   • Effect : Shield and reflect any attack casted on your selected player. (Not including Accio/Summoning Charm)

 

Annual Special Event : Triwizard Tournament

"The Triwizard Tournament was first established some seven hundred years ago as a friendly competition between the three largest European schools of wizardry: Hogwarts, Beauxbatons, and Durmstrang. A champion was selected to represent each school, and the three champions competed in three magical tasks. The schools took it in turns to host the tournament once every five years, and it was generally agreed to be a most excellent way of establishing ties between young witches and wizards of different nationalities — until, that is, the death toll mounted so high that the tournament was discontinued."

 

The original Triwizard Tournament involve 3 Champions each from one school of wizardry. But in our version, it will be a battle between 4 champions, one from each house. The 4 Champions will compete in 3 rounds, 1 champion will be eliminated in each round, and the last one standing will be crowned Winner of the Triwizard Tournament, and win his house a massive 100 House points. 

First round will be from start of September to end of January, second round from start of February to end of March, and final round from start of April to end of May. The tasks in each round will be announced after completion of previous round.

Each house need to pick one out of their 8 players, the player selected need to be good at as many aspect as possible, as the 3 tasks will cover aspects from goals, assists to goals conceded.

Here's the few rules in short:

• Each House need to pick one out of their 8 players. Deadline will be in 48 hours. 
• Spells and potions won't have any effect.
• Winner win 100 House Points, first runner-up win 50 points, while second runner-up win 25 points.
• Tasks/targets of each round will be announced after completion of previous round.
• First Task will be announced after the player selection process.

Triwizard Tournament : The Champions

3 out of the 4 Houses had made their decision, but who will claim the ultimate glory of the Champions of Triwizard Tournament, and who will suffer the most horrible failure or even death?!

Hufflepuff : Leroy Sane

The versatile winger from the lands of Bavaria, a wizard on the wings that can cast the fatal spell/goals as well as providing the help/assists for his allies. Will Leroy Sane follow the path of the other Hufflepuff Champions Cedric Diggory, or will he led the Badgers to the ultimate glory?

Ravenclaw : Lautaro Martinez

A former Slytherin, a deadly striker that isn't a stranger to scoring goals. The selection of Lautaro Martinez as their Champions seems to be a surprise, considering the existence of Erling Haaland in their House, but the horrible 8-months injury the "Viking" suffered just before the Tournament might be why the Argentinean was selected instead. We will never know what or who causes that horrible injury, but we heard that his former Hufflepuff's housemates had been celebrating that injury in their Common Room.

 Slytherin : Mason Mount

A former Blues, now in Paris, a midfielder who won his House 50 points in last year's House Cup. He might not be the best in scoring goals, but when it comes to assisting, he may be the one that can provide. Is he the one that will led the cunning Slytherin to glory?

Gryffindor : None

Without Harry Potter and Barty Crouch Jr helping him to cheat, Gryffindor failed to hand in their selection. Hence the Gryffindors won't be participating the Tournament, making this an actual Triwizard Tournament.

 

The First Task : Dragons & Eggs

In the first task, the 3 wizards will face a common enemy of the whole School/League - the Mighty Man City led by a bald Spaniard, who had won all 3 league titles since the beginning of the game. The challenge is pretty simple and straightforward, and that is - can they win against Man City, by how much, and will the Champions contribute in the win?

The Challenge :

• All 3 clubs the Champions belong to will face Man City within the first half of the season.
• 3 points will be granted for a win against Man City, 1 point for a draw, and 0 point for a loss.
• Goal difference in the game will be considered in case of a tie in points.
• Extra 2 points will be granted for any goal scored by the 3 Champions in the match.
• The Champions with the highest point win.
• Since Gryffindor won't be participating, there will be no eliminates in this round.
• To add some spice, winner of this round will win 1 free spell/potion (Accio/Gillyweed/Expelliarmus/Protego).

Here's some results from last season, PSG had won 1 and lost 1(2-1, 2-3) against City, Bayern won both (3-2, 1-0), while Inter draw 1 and lost 1 (1-1, 1-2)

Finally Man City isn't on top of the table, while something interesting here is that newly-promoted Napoli is even worse than Palmeiras and Boca!

The league leaders PSG GK Gianluigi Donnarumma claimed top spot, while Man City's Ederson is close behind, only separated by their league standings.

DEF

Another PSG and Hufflepuff player claiming top spot again, this time it's Achraf Hakimi, while another PSG player Sergio Ramos is closely behind him despite playing 0 games so far.

MID

Hufflepuff on top again, this time 2 on the top of the table! Is the Hufflepuff's domination back after a miserable season?

ATT

Guess what, it's anpther Hufflepuff player on top again! Meanwhile the "Viking" Erling Haaland is rock-bottom after his horrible injury and doesn't seem to be returning any sooner. 

 

As things stand, here's the House Ranking so far...

3. Ravenclaw 60pts

A dull 0-0 draw with the Champions himself sent off! They must feel relieved that a red card didn't give any points deduction.

The only team to lose against Man City. Well you can't blame Bayern, just look at who they have here! Harry Maguire...

 

So with all 3 teams failed to defeat Man City, Slytherin with their 1-1 draw will be winning this round (since Inter scored 0 goals). 

@Titjes and @Rob, you can get a free spell/potion (Accio/Gilllyweed/Expelliarmus/Protego). Let me know in PM which spell you guys want and who to cast it on.

In the 2nd Task of the Triwizard Tournament, the Champion's endurance will be tested. The big question will be : How long can each of them survive underwater/unbeaten?

The Challenge :

1. The 3 teams the Champions belongs to (PSG, Bayern and Inter) will each play in 7 league games from start of February to end of March.
2. The team with the shortest unbeaten run in these 7 league games will be eliminated. 
3. In case of a tie, the team that scored the fewest goals in their unbeaten run will be eliminated.
4. There won't be any extra reward for the winner this round.
