Chat Possible Bug

Playing as Edinburgh City, I noticed something unusual...

 

In the Challenge Cup, I was drawn against Forfar, beat them on Penalties, the game went to a Replay, then drew 1-1, went straight to a second replay where I got beat 3-0 and dumped out the Cup...I never knew this competition went to replays, especially as other drawn games didnt

Screenshots included...The 1st shot shows me winning 3-0 when I was actually defeated

My friend meet similar issue. He won in extra time, but be knocked out.
