So work has got in the way of playing as much as I want too last few days, still getting loads of seasons in though 😂

I stupidly changed tactics and went for more, if my whole team scores loads then surely he will get a massive number of that. I went with my goal bonanza tactic with 3 up top. Let’s see how we got on.

Honestly cant believe how good them transfers are, De Ligt came in and became massive in our dynamics and is already a team leader, Upamecano’s performances were amazing as well. Moise Kean is awesome and has been for a few versions now. Eddie Nketiah actually played for England a couple of times on mine so I’ve mental good strikers now and they won’t be needed soon as I’m going back to one up top 😂

So a great season, hammered Man City in the final of the World Championships as well. I changed formations with 7 games to go, so we could have scored an unreal amount of goals in the league, 144 still good though, did it mean Luzzi did well?

So not the best of seasons for him, still a decent return, but no more messing about and playing 3 up top, I think I may have a new formation that will get him more. We shall see how it goes. I need a bit of a squad overhaul now as I signed so many attacking players 🙈

Couldn’t do bold so had to fill the background instead. Looks very pretty. So nearly half way to 1,000 as a 21 year old which is decent, should be on more though if I didn’t piss about.

His contract runs out in a couple of years and I don’t think he will sign, so maybe it’s close to my time up in China 😬

Season 6

So welcome back to the season where I promised I would stop messing about and try and get his goals back up nearer to a 100, let’s see if I can do that?

Plenty of activity as I decided to use wing backs again. Also Tonali had a year left so he had to go even though I love him. Baro was a ready made replacement, Tonali was better but shouldn’t make much difference in China.

So it’s what is expected at this point, way too strong for the league and we smashed it, not many conceded but still plenty scored. So the right balance has been achieved.

So he’s back in a good way, not quite the 100 but we don’t play as many games as other countries. Got to say Daniel James is outstanding, 20 crossing which is very unrealistic but I’ll take it.

So over 500 now for the 22 year old, I can’t see him staying for much longer, his contract has two years left, so I stay for another season and then move on or do I go now? Stay tuned.

Cheers Dai! I decided I am going to try and stay as long as I can, maybe when his contract has 6 months left he will want to sign again, it’s not even about money either which is annoying.

I’ve always wanted to see if someone could do a TT with slightly older strikers and no ITN. Soooo... what about:

• 3 strikers aged 24 or above;
• Any club;
• The first five seasons will contribute towards the Peak Years Challenge (which also includes assists)

The challenge is to complete it in 9 seasons - don’t worry if it takes longer. Also, don’t worry if you don’t want to. I just think your TT tactic would be great with elites. It’s about 167 goals a season though!

No I didn’t unfortunately, China, Spain, Italy and England. Mikey Johnston won World player of the year last year playing for Barcelona.

That's a great season mate. Keep him in China and you'll get him to 2K, no doubt! Making me worried about contracts though. So far my lot are renewing each year, but not a good sign if your lad won't sign.

Cracking season. It's probably worth going somewhere you can bring him, rather than him jumping ship and then you missing some time when he's playing elsewhere.

Properly got back in to this save today and he’s is now in China for at least another few years which I’m delighted about. It peaks my interest again now massively.

Another big thing is, I am finally happy with the tactic, he’s averaging so many shots a game I’m very happy.
