Can I blame Conte or Gabriel on this one..? Er, no it seems not! 😬

Though the forays into the loan market seem to have put a 'rocket' under the players we already had... we now even have some AvR's above 7! 😆

Crunch time for Town AFC, the next 3 might make the difference between an okay season and a pretty good one. Our form does seem to justify the firing of Conte and hiring of Klopp, it seems the amiable German feels like he has a point to prove 😜

Haha! Blame? You won all 4 games in the month, with an aggregate score of 16-2, and are unbeaten in all competitions since mid-November!

Your Conte / Klopp decision was probably the best single decision of the draft so far (alongside the draft of Mikey Johnston right?!)

What price/age range? 🤔

As for the moment you only have 26.5M budget, not that much to buy a top striker 😅

Up to the $100m mark (once the payment comes in, and I'm sure I can make it up to $100m with some sales if needs be).

Age wise, under 32 ideally.

We are out of the CL as @broodje kipteam manage to win in both games. Well deserved 👍On other hand we smashed two vibe teams and recorded 4 wins in a row in PL with goal difference 13-0. That's some form before facing @DanEnglishteam who are probably the best team in the world at the moment. Top 4 is still possible. We just need to win the remaining games.

Title Race Analysis

Last season proved that the league leaders really can bottle it - and realistically with DanEnglish FC's fixture congestion and (until recently) poor form vs Vibe sides - it means there are FOUR teams still in with a decent chance of the title.

4th = @StuartM / Town AFC

Need a 9 point gain to win the title (8 points behind, but need to overcome the goal difference disadvantage) - difficult but maybe possible?
Their 5 remaining matches include 2 difficult AWAY Vibe games, plus 3 easier non-Vibe games.
Have 3 red injuries in the squad (Saka, Osimhen, Saliba) but none to key first team players.
Also have an FA Cup Final to look forward to.

3rd = @Victor77 / Vice City

Need a 8 point gain to win the title - also difficult but maybe possible?!
Similar to Town AFC, this side's 5 remaining matches include 2 difficult AWAY Vibe games, plus 3 easier non-Vibe games.
Injuries have really made a massive impact to the 2nd half of Vice City's season, with new red injuries to star striker Harry Kane + Dani Carvajal.
Also have the opportunity (at home!) to overturn a 3-2 first leg loss to DanEnglish FC in the European Champions League semi-final.

2nd = @JamesVilla / KFC Wimbledon

Need just a 5 point gain to win the title (or 4 points with a lot of goals).
Only have 4 games remaining, 1 game less than the others - playing 2 non-Vibe teams and TWO Vibe teams, but thankfully for James they are both at home (edited).
Had their heal + morale bonus, so are ready for the final month.
No other cup 'distractions' - so can fully focus on the league.

1st = DanEnglish FC
(it's always difficult for me to write about my own team)

a 4 point lead, with superior goal difference to the teams near them.
have 5 games remaining:
- includes 2 Vibe games (1 home, 1 away). Until recently, the side have struggled against Vibe teams, so it is very possible they (we) could drop 4-5 points from the Vibe games alone.
- plus could drop another 2-3 points against the 3 non-Vibe sides - due to massive fixture congestion (see below)
Had the heal + moral bonus, which is critical as had Lukaku, Fekir, Gaya and Sule all out injured at the end of the previous month.
Will face massive fixture congestion, as are also still in the European and FA Cups.
Like @Kun Aguero / Kun FC last season - will they bottle it?!

Cup Competitions

It's the last stages of the cup competitions - with 5 different Vibe teams still competing for trophies!

@StuartM plays my team in the FA Cup Final
@Victor77 now plays at home (with 2 away goals!) as he seeks to overturn a 3-2 first leg loss to my team in the European Champions Cup semi-finals, with @broodje kip likely through to the final already after a 2-1 away first leg win vs A. Madrid.
Now at home, @vizardjr need to overturn a 3-1 away first leg loss to FC Bayern to progress to the Euro Cup final - while @LordArezo's fans can have a more relaxed 2nd leg tie after their 3-0 away win over Dynamo Kyiv - expecting to progress to the Euro Cup II final!

Wow. That must be impossible. Certainly no VAR checks involved! Were both the 2nd and 3rd goals (of that minute) straight from kickoff, lobbing the keeper from 60 yards - one after the other?!

Wonderkid Emile Smith Rowe (ESR) has sensationally asked to be transfer listed!

Multiple teams may be attracted to attacking playmaker (AM RLC) as he adds extra depth + creativity to most attacks.

This is almost a free player - as Vibe teams will receive their $10-20m league position bonus PLUS another 5-20m in other end-season bonuses (total 15-40m of free money).

Bidding starts at just $31m (a half-price bargain as he was drafted for ~$63m!).
The highest bid gets the player - so if you bid 40m + someone else bids 35m, then you win!
Teams are invited to bid by message to me (DM? PM?) with a deadline in 24 hours 🙂
