The manager decides eveything, the IGE can't edit who starts and who doesn't 😁

As for transfers, any transfers made by the manager (either in or out) will be cancelled/reversed

It's Arsenal vs Greasy Grealish but I had edited previous post, only league games count now

Fair enough...  but then it raises a problem, what do we do with europa league and champions league matches as players will get inquired, morale can drop and lose stamina
