when you first open up FMM / Touch 2023 - who will be the 1st club you manage?!

For anyone selecting “other”, feel free up reply with whoever you will select. E.g. am guessing they’ll be a few Sunderland fans here …

Villa. Always start with them and play around for a few seasons, get a feel for the game, players, tactics etc.

Why is anyone picking City? 😄😄 As always, Man United but with Man City in that league, considering if it's the right move 💀

Actually I don’t think big leagues are that appealing.

I think a lower-tier Team from Denmark or Belgium would be more interesting.😆

I might start in the 2. Bundesliga with Hannover, as they're are soon-to-be my closest stadium I can get to. Or perhaps I'll take Stuttgart/Hamburg.

If they add the Czech league (unrealistic, I know) I'd take Slavia Prague.

If they add Eliteserien or Allsvenskan, I'll pick someone from there.

That's the spirit. You should try Rupel Boom in the 3rd division; they're a real challenge

They’ll be a lot of people who will agree with you👍 It’s just difficult to put them all the lower league teams onto a poll
 

🏆 Currently in 1st place
No surprise - a mix of ‘other’ teams. Am surprised it’s only 10 of 35 votes though!

🛡 Currently in 2nd place
Man. United with ~25% of the votes so far. That’s probably more than the rest of the EPL added together! 

⚠️ Everyone Else  
The drop down to everyone else is pretty steep - after “don’t know” with 4 votes, it’s Roma’s 3 votes next. 

 
Will be interesting to see how this changes over the coming few weeks. I may do a FMM23 Man United team guide soon after its released … 🤔

I actually played Patro Eisden  a lot😂 , in fmm2022, Belgium teams are really fun.

I'll start with a Norwegian side if it's added.

I'm definitely going to start in Norway if that's the new league. 

 

The biggest team I'm excited to try (Spurs aside) is Napoli this year. 

Prem is going to be just as futile in game as it is IRL with Haaland.

Probably a relegation candidate team in the Prem, at least on paper (not in real life). Just some minor tactical testing in a familiar league.

Probably Bournemouth or Fulham. Forest has too good a squad despite still being 19th.

I have a question.. in touch gameplay there is very much playable leagues to play right? Also Slovenia, Austria, Croatia? Then my first save will be NK Maribor

I always like to kick things off with “it’s a long way to the top”. it’s always a fun challenge and once you unlock superstar manager you can’t do it so I get it done first.
