We arne't looking for an immediate replacement Anfield. If someone catches our eye though then we are willing to give them a chance like always.

Sorry to hear about your demotion Jens. Whoever replaces you (if there is a replacement) will definitely have big boots to fill

Matt, if someone is promoted they will only be a Youth Coach :P

Yes, well a Youth Coach will eventually be promoted to a Coach and then they will have to fill Jens boots, and then the new staff member will need to prepare for promotion to Youth Coach when someone else is demoted. Ben, you never know, the new Youth Coach may at some point replace you :P

That's how I thought it went (seen as TD says that Youth Coach is Trainee Moderator and Coach is Moderator)
