This I appeared in the 13/14 season. I retrained him to play on the right side. But he was Del Piero's regen FOR SURE.

This one appeared in the 15/16 season

Comparing them like this makes me realize that it's probably not Del Piero's regen. I couldn't find out whose regen it is.

It's happened to me to, you play the match, get the draw then it goes to the message screen telling you the pens results.

Did you play or holiday the match? I don't think penalty wins when holidaying show up afterwards.
