So i lower the intensity to normal and immediately he wants a heavier training schedule...

This happened quite a number of times to me as well.I normally think in my mind,if you don’t want Low and medium intensity,then intensive is yours!

I predict an upturn in Nolan's fortunes over the next 15 years, if FMM is to be believed...

This must be the worst penalty shootout in history. To rub salt in the wound im the Betis manager. So not only did I have to witness this, i didnt even have a trophy at the end of it.

One career that always sticks in my mind was when Wolves went on an epic money making/saving drive. I decided to start a career in England and kicked it off with the Telford job. As I'm a Wolves fan I always have a look at how they got on at the end of every season. In my first season Wolves finished bottom of the Prem after selling £150 mills worth of talent and refraining from signing anyone. Strange thing was they repeated this again and again by selling off their top players and again not signing anyone. Anyway after 7 season I was getting nose bleeds with Telford due to the dizzy heights of the Championship I found myself in. Meanwhile in those 7 seasons my beloved Wolves did not sign a single player and had sold or not renewed contracts of every real player and had a team made up of complete regens and academy products with their oldest player being 18. They ended up in the conference and even that looked like it was a fight for survival. P.S their financial status never changed from RICH lol.
